What browser should I use?

This site is best viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and greater, Firefox 1.01 and greater, AOL 7.0 and greater, or Safari 1.0 and greater.

What do I need to know about cookies?

GuideStone Financial Resources uses cookies to establish and maintain a secure session between our servers and your browser. Session cookies are not used to track your movements, but session cookies are used to identify you while you are conducting transactions on our Web site in the Online Services/MyPlans area. This is only done to guarantee that when you request your account balance (or other transaction), you will receive your account balance and not the account balance of somebody else that is signed into MyPlans at the same time. If we did not use session cookies to do this, only one person at a time could sign into MyPlans. Session cookies are never written to a file or stored on your hard drive.

We take privacy very seriously and are committed to protecting your privacy while you use MyPlans. The cookie is only valid during a single session. Each time you log on to the site, we create a new session cookie. Since session cookies are used to establish and maintain a secure session, you won't be able to access secure areas on our Web site, including the MyPlans area. Without accepting cookies, you can only access public areas such as the GuideStone home page, retirement information, insurance information and fund information. If you are having problems logging into your account, then cookies may need to be enabled in your browser.
