Information on Final 403(b) Regulations

DALLAS — As part of GuideStone's commitment to serving plan sponsors and employers, a resource area devoted to the new 403(b) regulations is now available along with related compliance topics. Plan sponsors are also encouraged to sign up to receive the re:source newsletter which will follow the regulations, as well as provide other useful news for plan sponsors. A recognized expert in church defined contribution plan design and implementation, GuideStone continues to monitor closely the new 403(b) regulations issued by the Internal Revenue Service and is determining the impact to plans.
Further guidance about these regulations has been requested from the IRS. As clarifications are received, GuideStone will continue to assist employers in properly administering their plans. GuideStone's goal is to highlight the major provisions of this legislation and to educate employers concerning the impact of these regulations.
