Important notice regarding your prescription drug coverage

Your health plan has a prescription drug deductible that must be met before you pay only copays for prescriptions. However, if you or your dependents have filled a prescription in 2011, you were not charged the deductible. Effective April 1, 2011, you will be charged the deductible when you fill a prescription. After the appropriate deductible (individual/family) is met, you will again be charged the appropriate copay for your prescriptions.

GuideStone will not go back and collect the deductible from those who have already filled prescriptions in 2011.
