Getting serious about retirement?

A comfortable retirement requires a plan. What do you have to do to get there?

Build the bridge. You’ve thought about your future retirement. Now it’s time to start building the way there by applying time-tested steps to prepare for retirement and reassess your investment choices. If you’re 50 or better, you can also take advantage of a special age 50 catch-up provision.

Protect your health — and your assets. Without proper planning, long-term care expenses can drain your retirement savings. Now’s the time to put a long-term care plan in place. It can keep you, and your nest egg, healthier.

Get the right prescription for retiree medical expenses. Did you know that your health plan can help you save for retiree health care? If you’re enrolled in a federally qualified High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), you may be eligible to open a tax-advantaged Health Savings Account (HSA), which allows you to set aside money for future medical expenses.
