GuideStone contributes 10 percent of your annual compensation (tax-deferred) into your retirement account. We match an additional 1 percent for every three years of denominational service up to a total employer contribution of 15 percent.*

This account is established by you for expenses related to dependent care, medical costs and pre-tax (medical and dental) premiums to lower your taxable income.
All regular full-time employees are eligible to apply for education assistance once they have completed their introductory period. Assistance may be available for a specific course or for a full degree plan.
GuideStone pays the costs associated with a certification program, if it is job-related.

Employee Development University (EDU) is a component of GuideStone’s Training & Development department that creates degree plans for each of the job roles in the organization. The degree plan acts as a guide for keeping track of an employee’s professional development.

Chaplains from Marketplace Ministries are on site each week. These chaplains provide services including one-on-one confidential discussion, hospital visitation and funeral attendance to employees and their family members.
In partnership with Cooper Aerobics, the employee wellness program promotes healthy, well-balanced employees, which impacts productivity, absenteeism, turnover and health care costs. We offer free flu shots, employee health screenings, blood drives, fitness center discounts, exercise room and equipment, and an ergonomically correct working environment.
Throughout the year, employees may be awarded a variety of incentives and recognitions including discounted event tickets. Employees can choose to attend the 30-minute chapel service each Monday morning. GuideStone also provides access to an infirmary, kitchen and lunchroom. Catering is available for breakfast and lunch. Employees are provided with free on-site parking in our underground garage.
