DALLAS and OKLAHOMA CITY

GuideStone Investment Services (GSIS), a division of GuideStone®, has been chosen to manage the assets of WatersEdge, an Oklahoma-based ministry that financially empowers donors and ministries to transform lives with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The WatersEdge board approved the decision on October 31, 2025, entrusting GSIS with more than $500 million in assets under an Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (“OCIO”) arrangement.

This development coincides with GSIS’s recent registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as an investment adviser.

WatersEdge, founded in 1946 as The Baptist Foundation of Oklahoma, provides charitable giving solutions and ministry support services to churches and individuals.

Its mission is to help donors and ministries maximize resources for Kingdom purposes. Today, WatersEdge serves thousands of donors and ministries through endowment management, charitable trusts, donor-advised funds and other giving vehicles.

“We are grateful for the confidence WatersEdge has placed in GuideStone Investment Services,” said Hance Dilbeck, GuideStone President. “This relationship reflects our shared commitment to stewarding resources faithfully for Gospel impact. We look forward to the continued opportunities to serve WatersEdge in the years to come.”

Brandon Pizzurro, Chief Investment Officer at GuideStone and President of GSIS, said, “Our team is honored to provide OCIO services to WatersEdge. We have invested significantly in people, systems and processes to deliver institutional-quality solutions for ministries like WatersEdge, and we look forward to serving them with excellence.”
