Chu Soh serves as Chief Operating Officer, providing executive leadership to all of GuideStone's lines of business. Soh joined GuideStone in 2020 and became Chief Operating Officer in March 2023.
Before joining GuideStone, Soh served in the healthcare payments industry after a 21-year career in the United States Air Force. His experience includes serving as the chief operating officer of Christian Care Ministry’s Medi-Share program where he led a digital modernization strategy that was pivotal in fueling exponential growth from 20,000 households to 155,000 households and 400,000 members.
Soh earned his Bachelor of Science in biology from the United States Air Force Academy, a Master of Science in sports medicine from the University of Florida College of Medicine and a doctorate in physical therapy from Baylor College of Medicine.
