Nadeena Kersey provides executive leadership and oversight to GuideStone’s enterprise-wide business intelligence and analytics functions, along with business process optimization and provides key business insights to support GuideStone’s enterprise functions and strategic imperatives. Mrs. Kersey joined GuideStone in 2022.
Before joining GuideStone, Mrs. Kersey was the chief financial officer of a university in Georgia and served as a vice president in various roles for a large health-sharing organization for 15 years, including tenure as the interim chief operating officer.
She has served the Lord as a consistently active member of her church with 20+ years in youth and children’s ministry and more than 10 years in teaching adult small groups. Mrs. Kersey holds an MBA from Campbell University and a bachelor’s in Applied Mathematics from Georgia Tech.
