SPIRITUAL WELLNESS

Prepared by the GuideStone Director of Pastoral Wellness, Mark Dance

Give Thanks

  • Reflect on the time you’ve been given on earth, the forgiveness offered to you by Jesus and the blessings you’ve experienced (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18).

Prepare to Meet God

  • Death is a doorway to life with God, away from the struggles and suffering of this life. Ask yourself if you are ready to meet and spend eternity with Jesus (John 11:26, John 3:16).

Cast Your Cares on Him

  • As eternity draws nearer, bring your worries and fears to God, and lean on him (1 Peter 5:7) (Isaiah 41:10).
