1. Nutritional Wellness

When you fuel your body with nutritious foods, you’re giving it the energy it needs to feel and function better — along with some meaningful benefits, like:

  • Healthier skin, teeth, eyes and bones1
  • Improved digestion1
  • Stronger immune function1
  • A reduced risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, cancer and osteoporosis2
2. Physical Wellness

Staying active has immediate and long-term benefits! Take the wellness challenge to help reap positive benefits and reduce risks, including:3

  • Improved sleep
  • Strengthened bones and muscles
  • Weight management
  • Reduced risk of depression and anxiety
  • Reduced risk of cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes
3. Spiritual/Mental Wellness

Incorporating positive habits can lower the risk of cognitive decline. Start with this wellness challenge to begin learning new things, which can offer long-term benefits for your brain!4

Additionally, staying rooted in Scripture contributes to your spiritual wellness.

  • Read the Bible daily. Reminding yourself of the truth of God’s Word helps give you strength and guidance to fulfill your calling.

“… they received the word with eagerness and examined the Scriptures daily to see if these things were so.” Acts 17:11 (CSB)

  • Pray constantly. Practicing gratitude in communication with God helps develop a close relationship with him.

Rejoice always, pray constantly, give thanks in everything; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 (CSB)

  • Serve others. Look for opportunities to serve, whether it’s praying for others' needs, visiting someone who’s lonely or serving in another area.

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared ahead of time for us to do.” Ephesians 2:10 (CSB)
