If you need to visit your doctor or fill a prescription before your ID card arrives, here’s what you need to know:
Your Medical Benefits
Share this information with your health care provider.
Visit MyHighmark.com or the My Highmark App to access your virtual member ID card and find in-network care providers in your area.
Your Prescription Drug Benefits
Share this information with your pharmacy.
You can register your account at Express-Scripts.com to designate your preferred major retail pharmacy and find in-network pharmacies in your area.
Your Dental Benefits
Share this information with your dentist.
Dental ID cards are only offered digitally. Visit my.Cigna.com to obtain your digital dental ID card and find in-network dentists in your area.
Your Vision Benefits
Share this information with your vision care provider.
VSP ID cards are only offered digitally at VSP.com; however, no ID card is necessary. Just tell your vision provider that you have VSP. Also visit VSP.com to find in-network providers in your area.
