Sometimes we need help facing challenges at home and at work. GuideStone^® members enrolled in a long-term disability plan have 24/7 access to confidential assistance through Unum's Employee Assistance Program and Work/Life Balance.

Who is eligible?

GuideStone members enrolled in a long-term disability plan and their dependents, parents and parents-in-law are eligible for these programs through Unum^®.

 

Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program is designed to help you lead a happier and more productive life at home and at work. Call Unum for confidential access to a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who can help you with:

• Stress, depression and anxiety
• Relationship issues
• Family and parenting problems
• Anger, grief and loss
• And more

Work/Life Balance

You can reach out to a work-life specialist for help with balancing work and life issues. Unum’s work-life specialists can answer your questions and help you find resources in your community that include:

• Child care
• Elder care
• Legal questions
• Identity theft
• Financial services, debt management and credit report issues, and reducing medical/dental bills
