Jeana Harbour is a seasoned insurance professional with nearly three decades of experience in client service, operations and relationship management. She began her career at GuideStone^® in 1996 after graduating from Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Over the next ten years, she served in both customer service and management roles.

In 2007, Jeana transitioned to property and casualty insurance when she joined her family’s independent agency. For 18 years, she deepened her expertise while managing commercial accounts across multiple agencies, building a strong foundation in client service and strategic account management.

In 2025, Jeana rejoined GuideStone as manager of the Agency Relationship Management team. Known for her collaborative spirit and strategic approach, she thrives on working closely with producers and underwriters to deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet each ministry partner’s unique needs.

Jeana met her husband, Collin, while working at GuideStone, and together they’ve built a life centered around faith, family and shared traditions. They can often be found cheering on their Baylor Bears, supporting their daughter at the University of Oklahoma, and celebrating their youngest daughter’s passion for soccer from the sidelines.
