Use providers in the Cigna Dental PPO network (Premier Dental Care and Choice Dental Care) to receive services at a discounted rate. This helps you have lower out-of-pocket expenses. Log on to MyCigna.com and use the provider directory appropriate for your plan to locate a dentist in your area.
Enhanced benefits, including additional evaluations and preventive treatments, may be available for members who are pregnant or have been diagnosed with one of the following health issues: cardiovascular disease, diabetes, stroke, head and neck cancer radiation, organ transplants or chronic kidney disease. Enroll online, simply visit your regular dentist for treatment, and Cigna will automatically reimburse you for the amount of any co-insurance or co-pays resulting from OHIP charges.

This objective and personalized professional counseling service includes one-on-one financial counseling, a written personal financial plan and access to Ceridian-licensed counselors for your survivors in the event of your death or the diagnosis of a terminal illness.

You and your dependents can continue coverage by converting to a policy directly through Unum if you leave your employer or otherwise lose eligibility. Your employer can provide the forms you'll need to complete the conversion.
