If you do not have your Cigna ID number, please call Cigna Envoy at 800-441-2668. Please be prepared to provide the following information to obtain assistance prior to receiving an ID card, including requesting an ID card or number:

1. Member Social Security Number (SSN). Please share that you are stating a Social Security number, so they know to modify their standard search criteria.
2. Account number
3. Customer Date of Birth (Member or dependent)
4. List names of covered dependents
