1. Verify testing forms and data spreadsheet for accuracy
2. Testing forms and testing Fee Agreement information will be emailed to you for signing and submitting
3. Password protect your spreadsheet
4. When you are ready to submit your data, email your data to GSCompliance@GuideStone.org
5. Call the Nondiscrimination Testing Information line (214) 720-4730 with the password.
