Basic Term Life
Term life insurance helps serve as an employee’s financial safety net during the most crucial income-earning years. GuideStone’s term life plans can help you protect your employees and their families. You can apply for the basic life benefit for your dependent spouse and/or dependent child(ren) at initial enrollment or during an annual enrollment period. Evidence of insurability is not required. You can also apply for dependent coverage at anytime during the plan year. Spouse Life and/or Child Life is available in the amount of $10,000. Evidence of insurability is required for any amount of dependent life coverage, if applied for outside of initial enrollment or an annual enrollment period.
Employee Optional Term Life
In addition to the basic Employee Life, Gateway offers Employee Optional Life up to $50,000 in $5,000 increments. This is available as guaranteed issue at initial enrollment or you may apply for Employee Optional Life any time after initial enrollment, subject to evidence of insurability.
